Full renovation of 1960's ranch style house situated in Los Altos. The style is functional contemporary with a lot of fashionable and distinctive amenities. The new design and style incorporates a lot more light and views to the outdoors. Functions of the house include vaulted ceilings, a large chef's kitchen with prime of the line appliances and a far more open floor program than the original home. Sustainable characteristics of this project contain bamboo flooring, solar photovoltaic electric generation, solar hydronic hot water heating for the pool and a higher efficiency tankless hot water method for the pool/exercise area.
