The Marketplace idea heralds the subsequent generation of O2 shops and transforms them into contemporary markets. Here, approaching the consumer emotionally via customer experiences stands in the foreground. The objective is a particular sustainable shopping experience, implemented in central branch stores throughout Germany including the flagship shop in Munich.
